Austria Netto Katalog (ANK) – Stamps Austria Special Catalog 2019/2020

Description

Special elaboration of all brands and special features from 1850 to today including UN Vienna. All brands are shown and rated in color – approx. 6800 color illustrations on 720 pages in hardcover.

In addition to the stamp issues, the special catalog also includes print varieties, plate errors and misprints as well as all other philatelic special items or special features such as black and colored prints, balloon mail, Christkindl post office, the special items of Austrian Post AG and many other philatelic issues.

As every year, fundamentally revised, supplemented or expanded, many new plate errors and numerous special features were added this year.

As has been the case for some years, special editions of interesting philatelic fields that have not yet been cataloged have been included as special parts in this edition.

The modern special section continues to deal with the “Hundertwasser Philately”. After cataloging the official Hundertwassser postage stamps (worldwide) and the official personalized postage stamps, the official vouchers and special stamps in the last edition, the official postal stationery and postal stationery are cataloged and displayed in this edition with private printing until the introduction of the euro.

Another extensive special section includes a comprehensive cataloging of the plate errors “Austria in III. Reich – Ostmark “. In this special section, many newly recorded plate defects were assessed on 28 pages and illustrated and described in detail with over 450 detailed illustrations.

Another special section contains an overview of the “Community and parallel expenditure of Austria”. In the philately, a joint issue is the issue of a stamp, a block of stamps or a sheet from several countries. All issues, both in Austria and in other countries, are shown and assessed.

All Austrian Post’s philatelic special items have been listed, evaluated and illustrated in detail since the start of the editions. These special items include brand booklets, brand albums, brand folders, booklets and CD’s, brand folders, scrapbooks, farm animals, brand books, brand collections, Numiphilium collections, first day editions, collective editions, books, miniature sheet editions and the brand editions 1, 4, 8 and 20 and much more more.

The colored shading of the chapters to make it easier to find your collection areas further facilitates the handling of the catalog.

About Austria Netto Catalogs

The Austria Netto catalogs are the largest-circulation collector’s catalogs from Austria. They have been published regularly since the middle of the 20th century and are considered a reference work among Austrian philatelists, numismatists and telephone card collectors.
The most famous Austria Netto catalogs are published in the field of philately. However, they are largely restricted to Austrian collection areas. The Austria Netto catalogs were published annually in a revised version. The current version of the oldest catalog, the Austria Special Catalog, is already the 67th catalog in its series for 2011. Plate errors, more detailed color, paper and type differences and other varieties are also recorded here. Furthermore, an Austria standard catalog and a four-country catalog are published annually, in which the stamp issues of the German-speaking countries Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland are described and evaluated. In addition to these stamp catalogs, a coin catalog for Austrian coins and a telephone prepaid card catalog for Austrian telephone prepaid cards are published annually.
In addition to these catalogs, the publisher of Austria Netto Kataloge also publishes special stamp catalogs.
Christine Steyrer is responsible for the Austria Netto catalogs.
Due to the long name Austria Netto catalogs, collectors often use the abbreviation ANK for the catalogs. The resulting ANK catalog thus forms a tautology.
