Like all catalogs published since spring 2014, the catalog of the French Colonies benefits from the new layout more clear and more readable. This new presentation has been widely welcomed by a majority of collectors in France and around the world. On the merits, the surcharges for stamps without hinge (**) have been generalized and now cover all emissions since 1900 until the end of the colonial period. Obliterates have not been forgotten and some of them have been significantly upgraded. Finally, like Volume 3 of the Independent Countries of Africa, the major colonial series are presented in their entirety. A very nice section that should create vocations if it is not already done.
